Konica Minolta CM-25cG Color and Gloss Meter
CM-25cG is a compact and lightweight portable spectrophotometer with 45°c:0° geometry and a true high performance 60°-gloss-sensor. The 45°c:0° geometry used is renowned for providing color values offering excellent correlation to visual perception. This is achieved by fully excluding surface effects of gloss and/or texture. The built-in gloss-sensor accurately measures surface gloss.
Being fully compatible to the previous CM-2500c model, the CM-25cG’s perfect circular optical system (defined as 45°c:0°) achieves high accuracy and repeatability, especially on textured or structured surfaces, regardless of measurement direction. Not only does it measure color, but also true 60°-gloss at the same time and, as a world premiere, not only for standard MAV aperture size (10mm) but also for small measurement areas with 3mm spot size.
The CM-25cG is lightweight and uses a large and easy-to-read color display to show and manage measurement data either numerically or graphically. For correct positioning on a sample, the CM-25cG is the first device offering a true optical sample viewer in a 45°:0° geometry instrument.
Konica Minolta CM-25cG color and gloss meter is a compact handheld spectrophotometer with 45°c:0° geometry and a true high performance 60° gloss sensor for simultaneous color and gloss measurements of automotive interior trims and materials with many “world first” features. Fully compatible with its predecessor model, the CM-25cG’s perfect circular optical system achieves highest accuracy and repeatability levels, especially on textured or structured surfaces, regardless of measurement direction.
As a world first, the CM-25cG offers simultaneous color and gloss measurements with changeable apertures for either 8mm (MAV) or spot size 3mm (SAV) and a measuring time of less than 1 second. The CM-25cG is lightweight and offers a large and easy-to-read FTP color display to read and manage measurement data either numerically or graphically. For perfect sample positioning, the CM-25cG is the first instrument to offer a true optical sample viewer in a 45°:0° geometry instrument.
All CM-25cG are by default close tolerance (CT) instruments and thus, Konica Minolta proves once more its unequalled knowledge and ability in optical precision technology. Highest Inter-Instrument-Agreement (IIA) levels of just ΔE*ab 0.15 (Average on 12 BCRA tiles) within the CM-25cG, and the same for Inter-Model-Agreement (IMA) to the predecessor model series mark an unprecedented level of performance and accuracy.
